Shanghai Disneyland’s Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure is a new take on the beloved, classic boat ride. Go behind the scenes here: http://www.coaster101.com/2016/05/17/secrets-behind-shanghai-disneylands-pirates-caribbean/ Battle for the Sunken Treasure uses a combination of physical sets, audio-animatronic (AA) figures, and giant projection screens to help bring the story to life. What makes the technology behind the ride system so incredible is the engineers have complete control over the speed, position, and orientation of the boats. Links: http://asianewsweekly.net/2014/12/17/shanghai-hong-kong-stock-connect-works/ November 17th marked the first day of open trading on the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect. It was supposed to channel more money between the two exchanges. At one point, some optimistic analysts predicted an almost US$4 billion per day rate in trading. What we saw was about US$2.1 billion opening day and then a quarter of that the next. A month has passed, and I think it’s worth checking in to see how this potentially influential market is performing. Steve Cheng, Managing Director of RHB OSK Investment Bank joins me to discuss. It's a delightful paradox when flaws are perfection, and that's the achievement of Chinese porcelain that inspired a French ceramic artist. The date is July 1989, and the Game Boy console finally gets its first-ever third party title. Kind of. Regardless of its parentage, though, we finally have a Game Boy game not published by Nintendo -- and just in time for the system's U.S. launch in August, too. Travel video about destination Shanghai. Shanghai is a gigantic city that is a meeting point of both east and west. The shoreline is without a doubt the city's main focal point. The city is a combination of the past, present and future and contains the historic monuments and eye-catching buildings of a great metropolis. It was once referred to as 'The Whore of Asia', 'Capital of Crime', 'the Paris of the East' and 'The Centre of Maoism'. But today, the city is ruled by modern-thinking communists and the Yangzi Delta is not only China's largest port but also its new shining star of capitalism. The Oriental Pearl Tower is a mighty 468 metre high television tower that contains an entertainment centre, futuristic luxury hotel, fine restaurant and offers the most superb views across the city. ...

The Power of the Ego Lesson by: Miguel Cerna In simple words, The Ego (the Greek word for the English “I”) is the biologically determined “executive branch” of the mind that functions by helping us adapt, have consistency, identity, and make sense of the world. It exists in the conscious mind, which means that we are aware of it at all times. The Ego does not just appear; it develops in an epigenetic manner, which means it changes as we evolve through life. In general terms, the ego develops from denial (in childhood) to projection (in adolescence) to identification (in adulthood). Identification is what concerns us here. Important for the reader to understand is that the identification stage is the period of our professional development when we influence and are influenced by a wider n...
